Clearly this needs to be said. I am aware that it's been exactly five months since I finished ID and you all are hungry for some news about the third book.
For the most part, you all have been patient and respectful and I am SO THANKFUL to have fans that are. However, some people have been asking about when the third one will be updated or begging me to being writing it. So this needs to be said and also because while the Author's Note at the end of ID provided some insight, it didn't really give details. So here we go.
FIRST OF ALL, the third book has no title, no cover, and no plan for it. I have a plot skeleton in my head but it's changed so much that nothing is set in stone.
So what can I tell you about the third book? Essentially nothing.
ALTHOUGH, leading up to said book will be a short story entitled HOWL.
I was trying to find an ask where I had the description but it's buried so I'll just paste the blurb right here. It involves Nico (the cop) and Evanna (the last Keeper):
I have literally ZERO idea when I'll write it, but hopefully when I'm done with WT I'll start a few short stories. Assuming I am also done with ASD.
SECOND OF ALL, I am planning on rewriting TNS. I've decided to make TNS private and upload the new version in its place. What will I do first? Rewrite or write? I answered here
I'm leaning towards rewriting first.
I've had ideas. Basically the plot will stay the same A FEW THINGS WILL CHANGE. Like names.
Mr. Siliver will become Mr. Stone
So Autumn Siliver >> Autumn Stone
I may change Fawn's name as well because why the fuck is she a deer.

If I have to give a rough estimate on when I'll start writing the third bellows book I'd say next summer but that's just a guess. It's all dependent on other stuff in my life but I will write this book.
When I think of Muffy I think of muffins... then I get hungry. You should change it

DeleteOnly reason I would support a Muffy name change is because when I think muffy, I think stuck up rich snob. But that's my own personal take on it haha at least it's different from the names you see all the time.

Idk if I'm going to change it man. I haven't gotten too much feedback. so we'll see
DeleteUltimately it's up to you. Maybe test out a few new names and see if any of them "feel" right. But it won't be the end of the world if you stick with the name as it is.
DeleteIn honest truth I hated the name "Muffy". So yes you should change the name. But something unique all the well.

DeleteMuffy, sounds like a rich bitch or a dog name. I don't like it. I do have two suggestions on names, Winter or Sapphire. 2 and 4 are them. I wish you all the luck on rewriting TNS, Please once you are done, publish it.
