Okay, Mom. Like this is even a surprise anymore? Everytime you look at my room, it's messy. Why? Because I give no bothers about it. I think best in chaos..
But really though.
We go through the same song and dance every freaking time and you're STILL surprised? I'm a walking mess. I never have my shit together so naturally my room reflects that. And why does it bother everyone in my family?
A) I NEVER invited you into my room because I dislike all of you! One day, my closet will listen and take me to Narnia (disregarding what happened to it in the last book) and I will become a Queen. So buzz off.
B) It is not your room.
C) Who asked for you opinion? Like I didn't ask you to look at my room. If I were inviting a friend over (Lol please. I'd go to THEIR house) then I'd clean it. But it's just me chilling. And anyway my room was actually alright looking until my little brother barged in and knocked down my laundry basket. So, it's not even MY fault!
I would rather journey to Mordor than clean my room. Or face Tempest. Or fight a demon from WT. Or face the Faceless from Circuited (the rewrite). Or fight with Harry against Voldy (okay that might be a bit far. And now that I think of it...Tempest is crazy. And can control my every move...)
...you get the picture.
I hate cleaning my room.
I like MATH more than cleaning my room.
If I ever tell someone I'm cleaning, I'm either being forced or something is actually REALLY wrong in my life to have me be cleaning. At all.
That's how much I detest it.
I detest cleaning more than Loki despises Thor.
Seriously.
So I don't know why they're always surprised? And all they ever do is call me lazy and messy and blah blah blah so really I'm just living up to the standards THEY set for me.
If you're going to call someone stupid or ugly everyday that's all they'll believe they are.
In my case, I think I've become lazier and messier because it's "expected" of me. Every time my parents venture into the dark depths of the basement, they make sure to crack open my door because "Oh we haven't yelled at her all day, that can't happen."
I was once grounded from reading because I chose to become more intelligent than clean my room. My book was then thrown at me. I love how they think taking away things from me will inspire me to clean my room or do better at something. I will always have my imagination and wherever it decides to take me.
Plus they can't possibly take away ALL the notebooks eating up dust in my room. So take my phone, my ipad, my book, whatever.
That's why it amuses me when they try grounding me. My imagination is too big for me to depend solely on technology.
Basically, this is a really lengthy way of me telling all of you (who most likely care not at all) that I will not clean, nor do I want to.
