Look How Organized!!

My current word count is 11,734 words. Oddly enough, I'm only on chapter three, nearly done, my big plot point which really sets the story in motion has yet to happen but it will once Del is out of homeroom. I'm really, really excited for this story.

 I'll probably end up rewriting/cutting/editing over half of it, esp. the first three chapters, but that just makes me more excited as weird as that is. Usually when I lament over how much I'll have to fix in a story, I lose steam for it. Admittedly, I did lose some steam the other day and couldn't bring myself to write, but I love Del's character and I can't wait to finish & edit it so that I can post it then hopefully everyone will love her as much as I do.

She's so different from any other character I've ever written. So that's part of why I'm so in love with her, but she's so human. She's selfish and fucks up constantly and acts without thinking half the time, and I love it.


Anyway, that's kind of an update on how I'm doing with Nano & stuff. Also, I made a new account where I'm going to do some writing challenges and where I'm going to post things I'm too scared/embarrassed to post on my main account.

One of the writing challenges I'm going to try is Gypseas' A Study in Femininity.

I'm not going to advertise the account quite yet. I will probably once I post the above story because it's something I think will be super fun and cute to write.

Otherwise, it's kind of a secret for now.
